Multi-Level Transformation
Christchurch
Paul transformed this steep, unusable Christchurch backyard into a functional sanctuary. By carving out levels with structural retaining walls and wrapping the home in premium Kwila timber decking, he achieved a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. This masterfully redesigned space replaces “dead zones” with architectural staircases and strategic planting maximizing the property’s true potential.

Large stylish Aggregate Concrete Slabs were used to create a durable, large, outdoor entertaining deck creating indoor – outdoor flow to the pool, lawns and gardens.
The staircase design and material choice complements the modern house architecture, while being a robust, low-maintenance surface with a contemporary finish that ties in beautifully with the home’s grey tones and expansive glass elements.
